We collect information on a routine basis about the interaction of your applications, browsers, and devices with our services, including but not limited to IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referrer URL of your request. We collect this information when a Fargo Systems service in your application or on your device contacts our servers. Information such as this may include things like your device type, operating system, database version, company identifier, etc. together with the data being processed that enables us to provide the service.
We collect information about your activity in our services. For example, if you use our services to send messages, we may collect message log information like your company identifier, the receiving-party number, the time and date of messages, routing information and the message itself. We collect location information when you use our services, which helps us offer features like geofence alerts, ETA calculations and forecasts.
We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical, demographic and operational data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity or that of any of your employees. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific operational feature, or provide information about the status of particular functionality derived from information on our systems. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this policy.
Other information that we collect includes no unique identifiers. The data is anonymised, that is, there is nothing in the data that trace the data back to you or your company as the source. It is stored, anonymised and aggregated where appropriate with all other information from all other sources. All data is encrypted in storage and no personal data is included.
